The Consulting Process

Welcome onboard! The CarShoppe.com Conversion Consulting department
will call you within one week of receiving the Conversion Consulting Agreement.

The first Conversion Consulting appointment is approximately one hour long. Some of the questions we ask are: What are your goals? Who are your top three online competitors? It is our experience that most Web site owner needs the Consultant to focus on specific areas, and we will talk to you to determine what your needs are. Whether your current focus is on marketing, a competitor analysis, or a Web site re-design, this first hour of consulting will assist the Consultant to focus the process on your company's specific needs.

As soon as the Consultant completes the conference call then the real work begins. Our Consultant will do extensive research and compile a written report to send back to you. This report will include:

- A review of the FUNCTIONALITY of your Web site, which includes an evaluation of your business concept, design, Web site content and the navigation within your Web site.

- A review of your Web site's STATISTICS & TRENDS which will include a look at your server stats.

- An ANALYSIS of your competitors' Web sites.

- An EVALUATION of your Web site's pricing of products and/or services.

- MARKETING RECOMMENDATIONS.

- COMPANY GOALS.

- SUMMARY.

You will receive the written report via FedEx no later than three weeks after the first Conversion Consultation.

The second Consulting appointment is set-up once you receive your written report. The purpose of this time is to review the report so you can implement the plan.

The third and fourth Consulting appointments are three and six months after the second Consulting appointment to review how the implementation of the report has progressed.
